Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.

Shipping Times Shipping times vary depending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 7–20 business days
  • International: 15–30 business days

Please note that these are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs delays, carrier delays, or high order volumes.

Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update.

Multiple Shipments If you order multiple items, they may ship separately from different suppliers and arrive at different times. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs & Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price.

Lost or Delayed Packages If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at customerservice@mayneatttractioninc.com and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
